  The location is really good. The apartment is nice and spacious. It has a nice terrace with beautiful views.
  
  What could be improved: The bathroom was not clean. The refrigerator was not very clean either. The freezer was plenty of ice and the drawers almost impossible to open.

  The apartment is great. First of all is the location, which is simply perfect. On a quiet street and yet really close to the central square. Just outside the front door at street level, you will find two really good restaurants, primarily used by italiens. Just remember to reserve a table! And just down the road there are many small shops selling fruit, cheeses, sausages, hams, wine etc etc.
  The accommodations in the apartment is really nice. It is roomy, all facilities work fine, there is a fully equipped kitchen and there is AC in both the bedroom and the living room. And there is an elevator 😉
  But I have to say that the rooftop terrasse is the absolute best thing about this property! The view is simply wonderful and to sit there in the evening after a busy day and a nice dinner is absolutely superb. The best way to end a day in this wonderful city 😉

  We loved the location of this property, within the old part of Bologna, easy to walk to Saragozza, San Mamolo, and Piazza Maggiore.
  
  What could be improved: We were in Bologna during a heat spell and the living room AC really couldn’t keep up. The bedroom AC was lovely. The apartment could use a couple electric fans to move the air around.

  Beautiful little appartment right in the heart of the city. Awesome terras, beautiful view. Wifi was actually really fast, was pleasently suprised by that. Excellent choice for tourists looking for a romantic place to stay, but also for business travellers like me who just need some place quiet and comfortable to work.
  
  What could be improved: Just some minor annoyances. Curtains held up by screws, basically unusable. Had to unclog the shower drain upon arrival, it was overflowing. Fridge door can only be opened by a few centimeters due to bad installation. Nothing major, but suprising little issues given how much love and resources must have went into renovating the place
