You’re literally a five-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore, but on a residential street where you hear more Italian conversations drifting from windows than tourist chatter. Via Oberdan connects you to everything without dumping you in the middle of the chaos – I mean, you can grab morning cornetti from the bar downstairs and still feel like you’re living in the neighborhood rather than just visiting it. The apartment itself has that rare quality where everything just works. The kitchen isn’t just for show (I actually cooked dinner there), the shower has proper water pressure, and the bed is the kind where you wake up confused about what time zone you’re in. There’s this attention to detail that feels personal – like how the windows are positioned to catch morning light without the afternoon heat, or how there’s actually enough outlets near the bed for your phone charger without unplugging the lamp.

What really sold me was the quietness. Bologna can get surprisingly noisy, especially around the university quarter, but Via Oberdan has this residential calm that lets you sleep with windows open. During the day, you’ll hear the occasional Vespa and maybe some animated discussion from the courtyard, but it’s the good kind of urban soundtrack – not the jarring stuff that keeps you up.   Camilla was an excellent host, super friendly, offering us ease of check in and check out, advice on restaurants and local attractions.
  Apartment was modern, clean and comfortable.
  Location couldn't have been better, could easily walk everywhere.
  
  What could be improved: It was fine for us as a couple, and perfect for a family or two couples sharing but I think it is worth noting that only a movable screen separates the bathrooms and bedroom when the apartment is rented out as two separate rooms.

  The suite had every amenity and was in a perfect location to explore Bologna. But the highlight of our stay was our host, Camilla. She is absolutely awesome! She was helpful, responsive and has an amazing personality.
  
  What could be improved: It's a nit, but having two queen or double beds instead of two twins would have made it perfect (I know we Americans are spoiled).

  This property was centrally located. Very close to everything. The host was amazing. Available to assist you with anything you need or answer questions. The flat was exceptionally clean. Everything you could possibly need was available The entire stay was perfect.
