The rooms themselves have this perfect balance – modern enough that everything works properly (the WiFi is genuinely fast, and the shower pressure is excellent), but they’ve kept enough character that you don’t feel like you’re in some generic chain hotel. The beds are seriously comfortable, and they use these crisp white linens that somehow stay cool even during Bologna’s sticky summer nights.

  Beautiful modern apartment, recently renovated, exceptionally clean, with very nice aesthetic and a fresh smell when you walk in. Greta, the host was very helpful and nice, a true professional.
  
  What could be improved: The air condition was a little loud (but maybe there could be a setting in the remote that we did not know) and that there are a few stairs between the entrance and the elevator, which is a small inconvenience if you have a stroller or heavy luggage.

  The location was excellent. Bus stop on the same block. Property is located in a very quiet, scenic neighborhood overlooking a park across the street. The property owner lives in the same building and was very responsive when we had a question. Nice touches included a bottle of wine, popcorn, and other snacks.
