The breakfast spread is solid, featuring some local specialties alongside the usual continental fare, and they serve it in this lovely room with big windows that let in all that gorgeous Italian morning light.

Here’s the thing though – this isn’t a luxury resort, and it doesn’t pretend to be. It’s a proper 4-star place that delivers on what matters most: comfort, location, and that indefinable sense that you’re staying somewhere special. The 8.1 rating feels about right – high enough to trust, but honest enough to suggest real guest feedback. Parking can be a bit tricky (welcome to Bologna’s historic center), but they’ll sort you out with nearby options. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I wanted to experience Bologna like someone who actually lives there rather than just checking off the tourist boxes. The price point feels fair for what you get, and the location alone – being so close to everything while still feeling like a peaceful retreat – makes it worth considering if you’re planning a proper Bologna visit.

  Location is great, the flat was very clean. The staff made our checkin very easy.
  
  What could be improved: It is actually only one room. There is no separation with the bedroom. The bed was not comfortable and there was no duvet cover, only a sheet was provided in between the duvet and the bed.

  Me gustó la cocina nueva, y que la cama no fuera pequeña, creo que era de 1,50 m al menos .
  El sofá cama también era amplio. La atención del personal fue muy buena, ya que nos permitieron entrar un poco antes para dejar las maletas en el apartamento mientras lo limpiaban y poder aprovechar la mañana. También nos gustó que pudimos dejar las maletas cuando nos fuimos en la oficina de la agencia. Tiene netflix aunque no lo utilizamos casi.
  
  What could be improved: La ducha tiene zonas ennegrecidas,-moho-. No es agradable ducharse ahí. Deberia realizarse un mínimo mantenimiento. lLa contraventana de una ventana cuesta cerrarla, y roza . La zona es tranquila, aunque a veces pasa gente gritando o hablando alto y te despiertan. Se echa en falta algún tipo de manta o similar por la noche para dormir.

  The apt is very nice and aesthetic! The view also is super cute especially when laying in bed. The street was quite but still central. The host is helpful if you need.
  
  What could be improved: The host sometimes was not immediately responsive through booking chat, so better to call them.

  Appartamento grazioso e funzionale, a 2 passi dal centro ma situato in un angolo tranquillo, lontano dal brusio dei locali. Ho molto apprezzato la possibilità di guardare film su Netflix e Prime.
