  It's a new build, the facilities are great, the apartment is very spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom bright, spacious and functional. Location is quite close to a plethora of restaurants, bus stops and main roads, you can easily reach the city center either by foot or by bicycle via bicycle lanes, public transport is also an option. Ask the host about details about how to get to underground parking

  The area around the location isn't super pleasing, but it is quite close to the central station and also not far away from the piazza maggiore if you want to do a longer walk. The apartment itself is quite modern, the bedroom and bathroom were nice (especially the shower).
  
  What could be improved: The host was very unresponsive and basically never answered through the Booking messaging app. When I got to the building, I got his number (which was different than the one listed in Booking) from the receptionist and through that one he would respond quite quickly. However, some of the things I requested (a new sponge and a tea towel) he said he would provide the next day, but then just didn't do it. We also had to request him directly to adjust the temperature of the A/C in the apartment, which was very strange.
  
  The cleanliness of the apartment in general also left much to be desired.
