• Ottimo per viversi Bologna non solo da turista – Clara from Italy – 21 June 2025 (9/10)

  Ottima posizione per chi non vuole soggiornare in pieno centro ma restare comunque vicinissimo (30’ di camminata e si arriva serenamente). Zona tranquilla nella quale si riesce anche a trovare parcheggio se si è auto muniti (il costo giornaliero è di 11€). L’appartamento è piccolo ma dotato di tutti i comfort.
  
  What could be improved: Materasso e cuscini non comodissimi e finestre non insonorizzate, quindi si sentono i rumori dalla strada, non esagerati perché per l’appunto la zona è tranquilla (lo specifico più che altro per chi ha problemi di sonno per dotarsi magari di tappi se necessario)

  The location is perfect! Its in a nice quiet neighborhood with loads of cafe, restaurant and bars nearby. Its within 10mins walk from the sfoglia course that I was attending and within walking distance to city center, Piazza Maggiore. The apartment is sparkling clean and well equipped.

  Um lugar arejado, limpo e pratico. Facil deslocamento para o centro histórico de Bolonha, ponto de ônibus perto e 10-15 minutos já está no centro, bons mercados próximos, padarias e outros comércio.

  Nicely decorated, clean and well equipped kitchen.
  
  What could be improved: Very uncomfortable bed and couch. It took us 30 minutes to find parking, 15€ a day street parking. It was super loud in the apartment, even though the windows were closed you could hear everything and unfortunately the street is very busy.
