  Everything. The room was modern and spotlessly clean and had a lovely terrace. It had all we needed for a comfortable stay.
  The apartment building is really secure and safe. There was luggage storage provided too which was a real bonus for us as our flight wasn’t until 11pm and luggage storage in Bologna is quite expensive.
  Great location situated on a quiet street within easy walking distance of the old town. Bologna Centrale is around an 8 minute walk so it's ideally positioned for exploring the surrounding areas by rail too.
  The communication with the friendly property owner is superb. She sent all the information we needed to make check in easy and was always on hand to help.
  I cannot fault anything about the stay and would 100% recommend!

  Our first visit to Madame Bologna although we come to Bologna on several occasions. We loved the room with the terrace. Spacious with a very comfortable bed. Great bathroom,. Super quiet. Very secure with access through an app and pin codes. Fantastic communication throughout and before our arrival. Great location for the train station and the city itself.

  Modern apartment. Very secure and well equiped. Great quiet location in a tree lined street about 10 minutes walk from the central square and close to the station. Good selection of welcome biscuits, cakes and croissant. A huge covered deck . Nothing missing.
  
  What could be improved: Not really a dislike but getting in needed an app download for access to the first gate and main entrance door and a code for the apartment and internal door. Rather complicated but ok once you got it!

  Secure, clean, modern and fresh decor, quiet, and lots of nice little touches like good towels, coffee area with pods and tea plus a basket of snacks.
  The aircon was great (Bologna was very hot when I visited) and I enjoyed the cute sitting area on the balcony.
  The owners were super helpful and easy to contact plus had a space to store my luggage 👍
  
  What could be improved: I had trouble with the app to enter property but owners immediately organised access without any problem.

  We really loved our stay there! The owner was very kind, even when we had a problem with our entering the apartment she was very helprful ! There is a cleaning service everyday and everything was really clean. The location is ideal to visit everything by walking. Thank you for this wonderful experience! Would recommend without hesitation!
