You’re about a 15-minute walk from the historic center, which sounds far but honestly feels like nothing once you get your bearings. There’s this great little market just around the corner where I grabbed fresh produce, and the neighborhood has that authentic Bologna energy without the crowds. Plus, having free private parking right on site is a game-changer if you’re driving — trust me, finding parking in Bologna’s center is basically impossible.

The Space

The room setup really impressed me. I mean, it’s not huge, but everything feels thoughtfully arranged. The kitchen area had everything I needed for simple meals — decent-sized fridge, proper stovetop, even a coffee machine that actually worked well. What struck me most was how clean and modern everything felt while still maintaining that Italian charm. The bed was comfortable enough that I slept through the night (which doesn’t always happen when I travel), and there’s good natural light during the day.

Breakfast & Dining

Breakfast here is actually pretty impressive for an apartment-style place. They offer Continental, Italian, Full English, and American options — I went with the Italian spread most mornings and wasn’t disappointed. Fresh pastries, good coffee, and they even had some local specialties that gave me a taste of real Bologna flavors. The dining area gets busy around 8:30, so I learned to either go early or wait until after 9:30 for a more relaxed experience. The restaurant staff are attentive and knowledgeable about dietary preferences.

  Guido was so responsive to all of our questions, from restaurant recommendations to directions how to travel to the historic city center. The apartment was very clean and stocked with a variety of foods for breakfast. The location was really nice as well with easy access to restaurants. Added benefits included parking and a washing machine. We enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend it to others.

  The apartment was great! Very clean, very tidy. The host took care of the breakfast and made sure that we have everything we need. The apartment has a parking space, which is a great advantage!

  The property is really close to train or bus station. You can reach city center in 15 minutes. You have all facilities that you need for a short city break. The owners are kind and very helpful, very responsive.
  
  What could be improved: Unlocking the doors with keys it's a bit tricky, it's not too easy.
  Sometimes there is noise from neighbors, the walls maybe are to thin.
  Bed sheets can be renewed, they seemed to be a bit old. Also one bed needs to be fixed.

  The owner arrived promptly on time in person, gave me the keys, and kindly explained the facilities to me. My wife was amazed that the apartment was so well maintained and clean, we were very satisfied her and her kindness, there are sophisticated tableware, fluffy towels, food she prepared, everything was fantastic. We wish to stay more and more.

  What could be improved: only things was the people staying on the upper floor were noisy until 2:00 in the midnight
