The bathroom situation is solid too – good water pressure, which anyone who’s traveled through older Italian buildings will tell you isn’t always guaranteed.

Here’s what makes this place work: it’s positioned perfectly for people who want to actually experience Bologna rather than just pass through. You’re close enough to Via del Pratello (the nightlife strip) to stumble home after dinner, but far enough that you won’t have drunk university students singing outside your window at 2 AM. The morning routine is pretty sweet – grab coffee at the bar downstairs (there’s always a good bar downstairs in Bologna), then you’re walking distance to the covered markets for fresh everything.   Was asked for copy of the passports for all guests which is understandable as if it were a hotel and they sent a mail but this should have been requested at the time when the booking was arranged and pay as it is difficult to track mails before your flights and when you arrive you may have issues to have internet

  Just stayed one night in transit to Bologna Airport. It was 5min walk from the station. The suite was beautifully decorated and appointed. Nice little kitchen and dining area with fridge freezer cooker and everything you would need if you wanted to self cater. Very large bedrooms and comfy beds. Would stay there again maybe for a few days to get to see Bologna.

  Fantastic location less than 5 min walk to train and bus station. Nice 15 walk to Bologna centre. Very modern clean and modern boutique style 2 bedroom apartment recently renovated, with lovely welcoming AC in each room. Good communication with owner and would certainly stay again if revisiting the area 🙂
