  We liked the location, close to center, to markets and bus stop. Host was nice and helpful.
  
  What could be improved: The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. If you want to make the apartment suitable for 4 people, at least put an above mattress. Also, only 2 toilet papers(we left 4), no bottle of water or small shampoo. Those are small (cheap) things which mean a lot if someone has been traveling long time. Also the blanket on the sofa was so thin, not for December time. We asked for another one but didn't get it.

  EVERYTHING IS AWESOME!!!

  and there's a big balcony where you can hang your clothes
  
  basically you can get everything within a 20 min walk, restaurant, cafe, supermarket, bus stops, and vending machine…
  the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful
  and the monuments are just around
  most important of all, it's not expensive at all

  Good relation quality-price. Not too close to the center, but very well communicated by bus. Air conditioning, which was important, since we were there in the middle of a heat wave.
  
  What could be improved: There should have been more tea spoons (there was only one), but this is easily fixed. It would also have been convenient to had a second set of keys. Everything else was OK.

  Great location, a fairly short walk from the city center. Grocery store, bus stop and nice cafes/restaurants nearby. The apartment was spacious, and it was nice to enjoy breakfast on the balcony. Having a washing machine was also a huge plus. Lastly, we LOVED the airconditioning.
  
  What could be improved: There were some little shortcomings, such as there being no spices etc. in the kitchen and no detergent for the washing machine. We had planned on cooking some dinners at the apartment, but ended up not doing so since there were no basic ingredients for cooking a meal. We bought a large bottle of washing detergent and left it for the next visitors to use.

  What could be improved: the sofa in the living room was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. i woke up maybe 15 times during the night cause the bed would also give a very loud sound every time you move. in the morning I felt like someone hit my back with a baseball bat. owner should change the bed. next night we just put the mattrace on the floor and was waaaaaay better. otherwise I would highly recommend the place.
