  The property was very, very clean and organized. It felt as if we were the first guests to use the room. Flawless. Roberta, the host, was receptive. She sent me a message to schedule my check-in time and she assisted us during check-in and check-out and explained everything about the property. Excellent air conditioner, beautiful view from the windows. A very peaceful place. A 1-2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. There is a bus to the city center. We even took the bus from city center to the property late at night and everything was fine.

  What could be improved: There are a lot of keys to get into the room. Would be good to simplify it to one single key for everything. And would be better that the guests will be meat with a bottle of water in the room, because of late flights the guests will not find any store open at the midnight .

  Clean and close to bus stop..About 5km to Bologna city. Able to check in early. Owner was very quick to response to enquiries.
  
  What could be improved: I was only there for 24 hours..and on the day of my arrival, there was a national wide transport strike..There was bus to the city in the morning but It was difficult to get back in the evening as the bus drivers were on strike.

  Great place a little bit outside of the city center and the airport. Miss Roberta was very welcoming and she helped me a lot to find my way around the city and to the local motorsport museums. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. Overall I'm very satisfied with the place and the services.
  
  PS: For those who want to book the place and want to travel to the city center and back, Bus No.27 ( A & B) passes right outside the place every 5 minutes during the day and every hour during the night and you can pay for your ticket inside the bus via a coin machine or a debit card / NFC machine, but in one of the busses (I think 27B) the coin machine doesn't work.
