The location is actually brilliant once you get your bearings. Via Aldo Ognibene is this tree-lined street that feels properly Italian – not touristy at all, just real neighborhood life happening around you. You’re about a 15-minute walk from the historic center, but honestly, I preferred it out here. The Saragozza area has this authentic vibe where you’ll hear actual Bolognese being spoken in the morning cafés (there’s a fantastic little bar right around the corner that does proper espresso). The apartment itself is on the second floor – no elevator, just so you know – but it’s worth the climb. The whole setup feels like staying in a friend’s well-appointed guest room, if your friend happened to have excellent taste and actually cared about your comfort.

What really impressed me was the attention to detail. The host clearly gets what travelers actually need – decent WiFi that doesn’t cut out during video calls, a kitchen stocked with more than just a sad coffee maker, and honestly, one of the more comfortable beds I’ve slept in during my time in Italy. The windows face the street, so you get these lovely glimpses of daily life, though it’s quiet enough that street noise isn’t an issue. I actually enjoyed my morning coffee ritual, watching the neighbors head off to work and the occasional delivery truck navigating the narrow street. The whole place has this smart, modern feel without being sterile – sort of like someone took a traditional Italian apartment and thoughtfully updated it for how people actually live now.

Here’s what I’d tell anyone considering this place: it’s not a hotel in the traditional sense, obviously, but that’s exactly why it works so well. You’re getting that 4-star comfort level (the 8.6 rating makes total sense once you’re there) while actually experiencing Bologna like someone who lives here. The check-in was smooth – no awkward lobby waiting or rushed front desk interactions. Parking can be a bit tricky in this neighborhood, but there are spots if you’re patient, and honestly, you probably won’t need a car much anyway. The city center is totally walkable, and the bus connections are solid if you’re feeling lazy. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I wanted to feel less like a tourist and more like a temporary local. It’s one of those places that just gets the balance right between comfort and authenticity.

  L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort e ha una posizione ottima sia per chi è automunito come noi, avendo un parcheggio libero praticamente accanto, che per chi necessita dei mezzi di trasporto con le fermate dei pullman proprio di fronte la strada. Durante il nostro soggiorno c'erano dei lavori all'appartamento accanto quindi il riposo è stato un pò difficile, essendo lì unicamente per lavoro. Chiaramente non dipende dai proprietari, come alloggio lo consiglio vivamente!

  What could be improved: Il problema è chi lo gestisce, agenzia pessima, che a parte le prime istruzioni via messaggio, poi scompare….in poche parole arriangiatevi!Abbiamo prenotato 2 camere, per 2 persone, 4giorni. era stato preparato solo un letto, l'altro era un divano letto non preparato,va bè nulla di particolarmente grave,però il problema è che non c'erano lenzuola per farlo…
  Chiediamo se gentilmente qualcuno può portarci un lenzuolo pulito, diversi messaggi su WhatsApp e booking…messaggi visualizzati ma .niente,hanno fatto finta che non esistessimo, avevamo prenotato apposta due camere e pagato anche come tale. Stra sconsigliato

  Tesis Bologna”da”da iyi bir bölgede yer alır. tarihi merkeze uzak ama ulaşımı son derece kolaydır. Bulunduğu bölgede Market, Restoran, Benzinlik mevcuttur. 2 büyük oda, açık mutfak barındırır. Mutfakta ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz tüm ekipman mevcuttur. Güzel ve temiz bir banyo mevcuttur. Bologna”fa kalıp çevre şehirleri gezecekseniz çok uygun bir lokasyon sunmaktadır. İyi bir
  internet sağlayıcısı mevcut.
