Plus, there’s parking right at the hotel (and it’s free, which is basically a miracle in Italy), so if you’re driving, you’ll appreciate not having to hunt for a spot or pay through the nose for it.

The Room Experience

My room was exactly what I hoped for — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out without any unnecessary frills. The beds are actually good quality (not those rock-hard mattresses some European hotels seem to favor), and there’s decent storage space for your stuff. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained, with a proper shower that had actual water pressure. I mean, these details matter when you’re trying to start your day right, you know?

The breakfast setup here is honestly impressive for a three-star place. They’ve got this buffet spread that covers all the bases — proper Italian pastries, continental options, and they even handle gluten-free requests without making it feel like an afterthought. The coffee is legitimately good (which isn’t always a given, even in Italy), and there’s enough variety that you won’t get bored if you’re staying multiple nights. The restaurant area has this relaxed morning atmosphere where you can actually take your time instead of feeling rushed.

  Friendly, helpful staff and lovely clean and comfortable room. It was a perfect location for the Ducati factory which is why we booked the location. Breakfast was very good and value for money.
  
  What could be improved: There was no outdoor area or bar and because the location is in more of an industrial area this meant our choices were very limited nearby without a taxi. We did however find the restaurant nearby which was very good.
