  Appartamento comodo da raggiungere dalla stazione di Bologna.

  La posizione era funzionale alla conferenza a cui partecipavo.
  Si può raggiungere il CNR in 9-10 minuti di cammino, la stazione centrale in 13-14 min.
  La colazione può essere fatta al bar Astor, vicinissimo, coi proprietari cinesi (marito e moglie) che sono velocissimi a servirvi. Il letto è molto comodo e l'aria condizionata funziona bene. Ci sono prese per attaccare dispositivi elettronici. La zona cucina è ampia. La camera in generale è ampia.
  Le istruzioni per la camera sono abbastanza chiare (prego al proprietario di correggere il typo sulla password del wifi)
  Il proprietario è flessibile.
  
  What could be improved: Solo due capsule del caffè per 3 giorni di soggiorno sono poche (in compenso tante bustine per la camomilla). La macchina del caffè quando l'ho aperta non era pulita e vi erano tutte le capsule precedentemente utilizzate, di cui una incastrata nella macchina. Magari del caffè solubile sarebbe la cosa migliore.
  Se non si apre la finestra si rischia di avere dell'umidità in camera a causa del bagno non finestrato.
  Non c'era un armadio dove mettere o appendere i vestiti.
  Alcuni rumori nelle scale alle 5:30 del mattino non sono proprio piacevoli, così come i vicini del piano di sopra.
  Il quartiere è un po' movimentato di notte con personaggi non proprio raccomandabilissimi in giro.
  Tassa di soggiorno di 5 euro e 70… decisamente alta.
