  The location was fantastic – right in the heart of the city. Close proximity to everything. Host super helpful. Beautiful inner courtyard with only be flight of stairs to climb to the well equipped apartment. Check-in and check-out were easy.
  
  What could be improved: The noise (as stated in other reviews) from ally restaurant beside the one bedroom was super loud until 3am every night, except when it rained.

  The apartment entrance was a wow factor. Inside was modern and comfortable with a shower room and a spa bath. The bath whilst we were there wasn't working tho they did try and fix it. Its advertised as having a hot tub, which it doesn't. Not an outside one. Even so our stay was wonderful and the people in charge were lovely and helped us out and gave us lots of different advice. It is in an absolutely fantastic spot for lovely eateries and historic venues. We would definitely stay there if we go to Bologna in the future.

  The location is amazing, felt lucky as first time visitors that we had picked somewhere in such a great, central location. Very close to bars, restaurants with a great bakery and ice cream shop just outside the door. Lots of space and the apartment is in a beautiful building. Ideal for 2 couples with 2 bathrooms. The beds were huge and very comfortable. Was very quiet considering how central the location was. Good communication with host. We loved it!
  
  What could be improved: Nothing…although it would be good to have instructions to use appliances like the washing machine etc. it had water taps that needed to be turned on to use. Didn't use the dishwasher as we ate out. Would also be good to have a booklet with suggestions in etc. there were some maps in the cupboard in living area.

  It was in a perfect central location, the flat was modern and comfortable in a beautiful Palazzo and next to the stunning Santo Stefano Square, amazing restaurants and one of the best gelato in town.

  Perfect location!! Apartment is inside a gorgeous 1700 building! Rucardo was spotless in helping us with restaurant tips and also helping us figure out transportation to the airport. It was my mom’s 80’s Bday and she was received with flowers for her special day!
  
  What could be improved: The back room can be noisy but they leave ear plugs for us, so it was fine! and noise is worse on Saturday, all other days restaurant crowd left early!

  The location was brilliant. Close to all the historic centre, shops and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the apartment had everything you needed. Ricardo was super helpful with lots of tips for helping us with our stay.
