  The host was on time as agreed and very pleasant and helpfull. A small issue with the shower drain was fixed immediately and did not cause any inconvenience. The room was great for my stay. The parking was good and convenient and free.
  
  A restaurant close by, was also good and reasonably priced with very friendly staff. Great position if going by car to the Bologna Fiera, about 7 minutes drive each way at rush hour.
  
  What could be improved: The signage for the B & B is very small and only on the door bell unit!! Needs to be prominent, especially in dark evenings.
  
  The 'breakfast included' was a disappointment for me, where one has to self serve/cook your own breakfast and washup!!
  Instructions for using the coffee machine should be written on a paper in English as well, If the host had not shown me how to use the machine, I would have not had coffee at all. The breakfast is a basic Continental offer. However, I was able to have a suitable meal each day for breakfast, once I understood the layout and operation.
  
  The wireless internet facility did not work between 23h00 and 08h00, which was annoying. This issue should be fixed as a priority.

  A very welcoming and communicative host. The room, bathroom, common space and beds were all clean and well prepared, nice design. The portable a/c was definitely helpful and efficient.
  
  What could be improved: We didn't expect it to be a (?) 4 bedroom flat, I guess we booked too hastily. It's tastefully designed but that wasn't enough to give us a more positive stay. We did only stay 1 night, the room would have been too small and cramped for 4 of us to stay any longer. What was a real let down was breakfast, as some other reviews have noted it's all packaged items which weren't nice; we had to go to a cafe after departure. Also the immediate area felt strange, especially at night.

  What could be improved: It’s a student residence so very noisy at night and a lot of screaming.
  Also Calling the breakfast a breakfast is very much a stretch! It was just a bunch of industrial brioches and cakes in sped service and a coffee machine… very disappointing.
  My fault for not reading properly but very late check in and early checkout, be careful before booking because you’ll have to pay 15€ extra for a check in before 6pm.

  What could be improved: Be aware: It’s REAL HOSTEL, not an apartment. Photos on booking do not reflect reality. There were no internet. Owner of hostel forgot to provide us pillow on our kid’s bed, and didn’t come to solve the issue. Price is extremely high for such hostel. We had really bad experience at this place, and not recommend to anyone to book it.
