  Spacious apartment. All amenities are there. Location is OK, 20 mins walk to the center. Neighborhood was green, with 80s style buildings. Communication with the host was swift and accurate. Check in and keys provides through the application.
  
  What could be improved: The furniture was a bit worn off and outdated. The kitchenware was very thin, only 1 glass and no cups, for instance. The cleanliness could be better.

  Kitchen amenities missing. Bring your own salt & pepper! Self-checking a chore w/horrible vikey application. Hard to find parking places in adjoining paid park area. Owner hard to contact "out of country". You are on your own! Wifi password get the modem off-the wall first!

  We enjoyed our stay at Splendido appartmento and it met all our expectations. The appartment is very spacious, clean, and equipped with everything needed. It’s in 20min walking distance from the central station which was very convenient for us as we visited other places near Bologna.
  The communication with the host was easy and we received prompt responses on all occasions.

  It was a very good time for us. The apartament is comfortable, spacious and very andclean. In a very good location, about 15 minutes to the station and to the center about 25 on foot. Thank you very much, we will definitely stay here.

  The location is good, the central train and bus stations reachable on foot. Several supermarkets in walking proximity. Pizzi Kotto restaurant right downstairs is super-nice.
  The apartment is quite spacious, with a balcony sufficient for three people to sit. The washing machine and dishwasher were very much appreciated.
  
  What could be improved: There was not enough bed linen for an additional sleeping place (on the couch), just one bedsheet and two pillows already dressed in the pillowcases (was not clear if that was done recently). The couch itself was quite hard, a roll-up mattress could make it better, but wasn't available.
  There are mosquitos in the area, but no mosquito nets on the windows, and it was not possible to keep the windows closed during the night due to the heat, so not the best sleeping experience.
  A bit clearer instruction on how to find the apartment would be helpful (there is double enumeration within the house, and it took time to figure out which apartment it is).

  The location isn't central, but it's great for families. There's a restaurant on the ground floor, a bus stop in front of the building with buses to the centre and the station, a supermarket behind the building, and a playground in a park across the street. There's another playground behind the supermarket, and yet another playground in a larger park behind that playground. The apartment had everything we needed, even a dishwasher, and was spacious. When we had issues, the owners were great and got everything solved quickly.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment number was extremely difficult to see when we first arrived, and we initially thought we were on the wrong floor because its numbering is totally different from the neighbouring apartments. Doors are activated by cellphone, and the main building door worked perfectly, but the apartment door sometimes didn't. The virtual key relies on the WiFi, and the main router is near the floor, so it is essential to check that no children have unplugged it before leaving the apartment.

  It was one of the best apartments we’ve ever stayed in! Modern building, big, comfortable apartment with everything necessary (except cork screw, which is very unusual for Italy😅). Just outside the building there was a restaurant (we didn’t tried it, cause we specifically chose an apartment where you can cook) and a grocery store, only 3 min away! The bus stop was near, but you could easily walk to the center or to the bus station. The host was very friendly and helpful: I couldn’t find the right floor and it was around 10-11 p.m., but she still answered and helped me out, really grateful for the service! All in all – great experience!
  
  What could be improved: No crock screw😂 and may be some laundry detergent would have been nice, cause there was a laundry machine there, which is very practical if you’re travelling with a backpack and staying there for a week or more, but it’s not really a host’s concern😊
