The area feels properly Bolognese — you’ll find locals doing their morning shopping at nearby markets, and there are some fantastic osterie within a few blocks that most visitors never discover. Plus, having free private parking right on site is honestly a game-changer if you’re driving in Italy.

The Apartment Experience

What sets this place apart is that you’re staying in a proper apartment, not just a hotel room. The space feels like someone’s well-appointed home rather than a sterile accommodation — there’s a fully equipped kitchen where you can actually cook with ingredients from Bologna’s incredible food markets.   The communication was excellent. We were going to arrive in Bologna before check-in so I asked if we could park our car at the apartment and go into Bologna. It was no problem with the owners The car parking is secure, behind locked gates.
  
  There were plenty of clean towels, the spacious apartment easily accommodated the four of us and the air conditioning really helped keep us nice and cool.
  
  The apartment was fantastic, clean and had everything we needed. They had even left a large bottle of water for us, very thoughtful. The kitchen is fully equipped should you need it.
  
  The beds were very comfortable, a good night sleep with no disturbances.
  
  As we arrived a little early we bumped into the cleaner who was very polite and helpful, she was lovely.
  
  The location is great, just next to the station. Walking to the centre takes about 20 mins. If you have little ones you can catch bus number 21 at the central station, kids go free and it's less than £2 per adult.
  
  We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

  Struttura comoda, pulita e moderna.
  Ambiente silenzioso e sereno.

  Self check-in molto facile e soprattutto molto comodo, l'appartamento è perfetto per famiglia o gruppo.
  Pulizia eccellente, letto comodo e in cucina si può usufruire di ogni elettrodomestico.
  La posizione ottimale in quanto sei di fronte la stazione centrale di Bologna e poi da lì si accede al centro passeggiando tranquillamente.

  L'appartement est situé en face de la gare, un emplacement super central qui vous permet d'atteindre tous les points de la ville.
  L'appartement est super moderne, lit et oreillers très confortables.
  L'insonorisation est parfaite, nous n'avons entendu aucun bruit.

  Struttura situata di fronte l'ingresso della stazione per l'alta velocità.
  L'appartamento è molto accogliente, pulito e soprattutto silenzioso, nonostante si trovi su una strada trafficata.
  Nelle vicinanze della struttura potete trovare bar, tabacchi e ristoranti.
  Il check in autonomo e veloce, host disponibile e cordiale.

  Ich habe in einer sehr schönen und gut gelegenen Wohnung in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs von Bologna übernachtet. Die Lage ist perfekt für diejenigen, die mit dem Zug ankommen oder sich bequem in der Stadt fortbewegen möchten. Besonders geschätzt habe ich den späten Check-in, der äußerst praktisch und stressfrei war. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht.
  
  Außerdem fand ich die Möglichkeit, das Auto auf den gemeinschaftlichen Parkplätzen abzustellen, sehr praktisch, da ich mich so ohne Sorgen fortbewegen konnte. Eine wirklich positive Erfahrung, die ich definitiv allen empfehlen würde, die eine praktische und komfortable Unterkunft in Bologna suchen.
