  Good location, not far from the railway station and the old town. Air conditioning, strong shower with hot water. In general nice looking room
  
  What could be improved: A springy, squeaky bed with a bad, uneven mattress.
  Some kind of brightly glowing and flashing sensor on the wall that lights up the room at night like a strobe light.
  A stinking large trash can opposite the windows.
  And the most important thing is the greed of the agency. My friend and I were on holiday together and asked to give us another sheet, as it is uncomfortable for two friends to sleep under one blanket. To which we were refused. We were told that they could give us an additional set for an additional fee.

  Ottima posizione, ambiente e lenzuola pulitissimi, monolocale al quarto piano ma con ascensore veloce. Letto e cuscini molto comodi. Climatizzatore ben funzionante, doccia spaziosa con un buon getto d'acqua. Presenza del bidet.
  Il signor Luciano ci ha accolti con puntualità ed è stato disponibile per necessità.
  
  What could be improved: Per un problema elettrico la corrente saltava più volte durante la giornata con necessità di scendere nel seminterrato per riavviare il contatore, cosa che per soggiorni più lunghi o con permanenza nel locale per più ore al giorno avrebbe rappresentato un problema rilevante.
  Il sifone sotto il lavandino perdeva acqua.

  Very quiet place and convenient location very near from city centre. All facilities were working properly and A/C is a bonus. Paula, who met us for the checking was clear in her explanations and very nice. Thanks for the great stay at your apartment.

  Very close to the city center – clean and comfortable. Also, the price was a dealbreaker for us (we stayed there during Easter). It was very conveniently located when it comes to Mercato Ritrovato and we really loved it!

  The location was close to train station and to the centre. The room was very good and Andrea who handed me the keys was so nice and helpful.
  
  What could be improved: There are two negative points. One is the internet connection, it was so unstable. Most of the time I used my phone's connection. Secondly, the sofa bed was not comfortable. They can place a regular bed instead of the sofa.
