There’s this fantastic salumeria practically around the corner where I grabbed provisions for breakfast, and the morning routine of walking to get fresh bread felt surprisingly natural. The apartment itself has that solid, lived-in quality that four-star places sometimes lack when they’re trying too hard to be fancy. The ceilings are proper height (you know how some Bologna apartments can feel cramped), and there’s actual storage space, which – let’s be real – matters when you’re staying more than a couple nights. I particularly appreciated that the kitchen was set up by people who actually cook, not just for show.

What really sets this apart is how the Wonderful Italy folks have managed the whole experience. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, and they seem to get that travelers want local insights, not just a key handoff.   The apartment was very spacious, very equipped and warm. It had everything you may need for group of four and the location was very convenient for exploring Bologna. We were very satisfied with the commumication and Ares that welcomed us to hand over the keys.

  Location is great. Short-beautiful architectural walk into the center

  The definite biggest advantage of the apartment is its excellent location. The apartment is spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of 7 people (4 adults and 3 children). We found everything we needed for our 2-night stay. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning, but thanks to the old building and keeping the windows closed during the hottest hours, we managed to maintain a bearable temperature. The fact that the property manager could significantly improve comfort by adding a fan to each room (there was only one) cannot be overlooked.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment was clean, except for the bathroom, where there were a lot of cobwebs, and it definitely deserved a thorough cleaning. Unfortunately, I must admit that the property manager allowed us to stay in a place with serious safety issues. The bathroom door was barely set in its frame, and opening it risked it falling off. Additionally, the light switch in the bathroom was pushed into the wall with exposed wires, posing an electric shock hazard. The manager responded to our complaints and made temporary repairs within 24 hours, but for half of our stay, we had to deal with these issues on our own. I hope that the property manager will permanently address this problem; otherwise, someone's health or life could be at risk.

  The location is perfect! There is a C bus that takes you from Bologna Centrale right to your doorstep:) There is a great gelateria opposite the house and a few cafes around. Plus it's a walking distance everywhere.
  
  What could be improved: Just one set of keys for 5 people was a major disappointment, so were just 2 rolls of toilet paper. The windows overlook the backyard so be prepared for the acoustics at night and in the morning. Earplugs may help:)

  The location is in a really nice area, a short walk to the city center. This place itself feels spacious and was comfortable for a family of 4, balcony was a plus.
