  È andato tutto benissimo,i padroni di casa ci hanno anche fatto la cortesia di anticipare il check in, cosa davvero gradita. La casa è accogliente e perfetta per una famiglia come la nostra di 4 persone. Letti comodi,camere ampie,bagno funzionale. È condizionata, dotata di ogni comodità e molto curata e pulita.   Well appointed. The hosts were wonderful. Enough room for three adults.
  
  What could be improved: Parking. Parking was available but we had to park next to a rock wall that didn’t allow you to get out/in on both sides of the car. Very small car recommended.

  We are a family with 2 children and we stayed for 5 days- the apartment is very spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is 10 minutes away from the airport and about 15 minutes from the center of the city (by car). There is a parking spot in the building so we didn't worry about parking which was very important for us. There were some board games for the kids and they were very happy. There is a supermarket nearby and we got everything we needed to make a breakfast in the morning, for example. Our host Donatella was very helpful during our stay and she provided every informational we needed about the city – parking spots, etc. I recommend the place, especially for families and if you plan to be with car (rental car).

  We were a group of 2 couples going to the Imola GP. The apartment was spot on for us, two large bedrooms and well equipped kitchen and living/dining room. Donatella met us when we arrived and gave us great local info. She answered any questions quickly on WhatsApp and the Booking.com message service. We could park our car in the gated property. First class.
  
  What could be improved: Only one minor point, there isn’t a kettle in the kitchen.

  Beautiful apartment, clean, spacious bedrooms and all facilities. The livingroom is small, but for us 4 pers was just fine. The apartment is located 8 min walking from a bus station where you can find direct buses to the city center (20 min ride). Very quiet neighborhood, with restaurants in the area.
