  Easy check-in as Sabrina contacted me and guided me through the process.
  The apartament is big. Bigger than what we expected. All the utilities and utensils are complete. Basically it really feels like home. We really love the unit. Comfy bed, cozy sofa and great kitchen. There's a desk for working too. It's great since I still need to work.
  Sabrina provided some pastries for breakfast. It's a nice touch.
  There's no elevator in the unit. So, if you need one, dont book this place and later complain about it!!! We didnt mind to climb the stairs even with some luggages.
  The location is in quite neighbourhood. It took us around 40min walk to the city center. There's a bus stop close by but we still prefer walking.
  All in all…it's great place to stay for non-fussy people. If you're picky please book a hotel. We love the place and will comeback again if we ever visit Bologna again.

  What could be improved: It was up 6 flights of stairs and the iron gate wasn't easy to get through. A little out of town so did cost a bit for taxis in and out. We could not really work out bus system. Sabrina was very helpful.

  It felt like we had the comforts of home in this cozy apartment. It was spacious and well-stocked. There is plenty of storage for clothing and suitcases, bags, etc. The access to laundry was huge plus. The design of the space was appealing and nicely done.
  
  What could be improved: The property doesn’t have a lift so be prepared to carry your luggage up three flights. It wasn’t an issue for us, but I can imagine for some it might be a challenge. I also want to mention that although the property is listed as non-smoking unfortunately there is a very subtle cigarette odor which left a lasting scent on clothing I had stored in the closets and drawers.

  Sabrina gave us very clear instructions for getting in the apartment and reassured us that she could help if we needed any assistance. The apartment was lovely. Spacious and comfortable with everything that we needed for a self-catering break. It was nicely decorated and clean with high standard fixtures and furniture and a very comfortable bed. We particularly appreciated the croissants, cakes and jam and the coffee pods that Sabrina left for us. We liked the location (up 6 flights of stairs) because it gave us a great view of the local area, felt private and gave us daily exercises walking up and down to it. It is situated on a long street with lots of local shops and eateries and only 15 minutes walk from the city centre. It is also very close to a bus stop which we found useful for traveling to the station. Sabrina was very helpful throughout our stay, checking that we were okay and always responding quickly to any queries.
  
  What could be improved: Despite the height of the apartment and the shutters, there is still quite a bit of traffic noise but it is close to the city on a main road so what do you expect really? Some instructions for using the kitchen equipment (e.g. induction hob) and TV would have been useful

  Location is perfect, city center on walking distance, interior design of the apartment, great bathroom and bedroom. A lot of space. Even though it was a non working trip for me, everyone can have his on place/working spot in the flat.

  Location was perfect and size of property was good for the family of 4. in center of Bologna , very convenient ,supermarket around ,we made steak & pasta in kitchen , many parking place around , we follow the indication but don't know how to open the door, conmunicate with whatsapp ,remote control door by owner , . Rooms are big, bath and kitchen are clean, good wifi , beautiful & classic apartment ,Highly recommended!
