You’re about a 15-minute walk from the historic center (I timed it), but you’re in this residential neighborhood where actual Bolognese people live. There’s a fantastic little alimentari just around the corner where the owner started recognizing me after day two, and honestly, that’s when you know you’ve found the right spot. The morning sounds are perfect – not dead silent, but you get that gentle Italian neighborhood rhythm instead of tourist chaos. Parking was way easier than I expected too, which… if you’ve driven in Bologna, you know that’s saying something.

The apartment itself has this effortless elegance that the name promises. I mean, the furnishings feel curated rather than just functional – like someone actually thought about how the morning light hits that reading chair by the window. The kitchen is properly equipped (I made pasta, obviously), and the bedrooms have this airy quality that makes you want to keep the windows open. What really sealed it for me was the little details: proper coffee cups, not those flimsy things you usually get, and towels that actually felt luxurious. The 9.3 rating makes total sense when you’re there – it’s not flashy perfect, but it’s thoughtfully perfect, if that makes sense.   The appartment was clean, large, with a full kitchen- perfect for cooking, the location was great because there was free parking behind the building and we walked a nice 25 min walk to the center of the old town, came bach with a bus to a station 3 min from the appartment.
  Marino the host was so nice, sent us recomendations to places to see and eat. Realy great Japanese restaurant 5 min walking distance. I wish we had more time here… the beds were comfortable!

  Stylish, spacious and comfortable apartment. Owner was very flexible with our changing arrival times. There is an excellent Pizzeria spitting distance from the flat.

  Absolutely spotless and comfortable home , and literally down the road from the main city , great venue and lots of places to get a quick bite. Bathroom was spotless and a good size , beds were also comfortable with clean linen. Heating was in all areas of the apartment and the washing machine was a life saver .Great place would definitely re book .

  A clean and well fitted out spacious apartment in a convenient location. Host Marino provides the little extras missing at most other sites. Especially liked the most comfortable beds so far on our trip.
  Basically, it had everything and would highly recommend it.
  
  What could be improved: Not much to dislike. Street noise with doors open is high but once closed, the soundproofing is effective.

  The apartment is located in a fairly quiet neighbourhood near the old town. There are several bus lines nearby that take you to the city centre and further. Definitely a great option when visiting Bologna.
  
  What could be improved: The walls seemed a bit thin at times and we could hear the neighbours, however we were able to sleep. The rooms near the street were also a bit loud because of passing cars and the small bar next to the apartment building.
