You get to experience how Bolognesi actually live, plus there’s decent parking in the area (trust me, that’s gold in this city). The Space Itself

The mini attico setup is pretty clever, actually. Your room feels spacious and bright, with those slanted ceiling lines that remind you you’re up on the top floor. Line 14 gets you to Porta San Donato in about 10 minutes, and from there you’re walking distance to the university area and the centro storico. If you’re coming for business around the Fiera district, you’re even better positioned — it’s practically on your doorstep. The hosts are pretty responsive too, which matters when you need local recommendations or have questions about getting around. They seem to genuinely know the area well, not just the standard tourist spots.

  Ubicación excelente si tenemos en cuenta que el centro de Bologna está super cerca (10 minutos de taxi y 20 con el transporte publico, hay un bus que pasa por debajo del alojamiento) y si viajas por trabajo, puedes llegar al centro de feria de Bologna en menos de 10 minutos caminando. Anna, la dueña, es muy amable, divertida y amigable y el piso está super guay con una terraza amplia, una cama confortable y un wifi excelente. Seguro volveré, grazie Anna!
