  The apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean and well situated, with a lovely garden space. It was also very secure. As we were there for 10 days it would have been great to have few small extra kitchen items.

  The location was good,
  It don’t have a salon like in this picture. Yet it didn’t bother me.
  
  What could be improved: What bother me was that there was barely internet and I came here to work. So I lost days of work that I have to now catch up with.
  
  Then hot water didn’t came up until 11 am almost the day after my arrival. So went late for work as well.
  
  Had to negotiate my check out that was for 10 am. And they allowed me 2 hours more which I thank them for. Yet for almost 1400€ spent in Bologna, it was unreasonable expensive.
  
  THE SPACE WAS CLEAN, WARM CLIMAT INSIDE AND GOOD MANAGEMENT TEAM.
  
  Honestly if I came for vacation, I would have probably rated the flat as a 9/10 because I wouldn’t need WiFi, not immédiat hot water, and no rings to get delivered at my door steps etc.. but because I was work focused, it was not a friendly work space.

  The place was in a historical building provably built in 18th century. There was a big garden and a water well inside the premises and the enterance was with three different historic doors. Two rooms were comfy with a nice shower. The place is close to the main square and there are many local groceries and cafes nearby. The host has a nice personality.
  
  What could be improved: The wifi signal was only reachable in one room. There was no washing machine and the room was a bit cold for our standart.

  The property is centrally located and everything to see in Bologna is walking distance. Private parking was an added advantage. Alessio who did our check-in was very accommodating of our requests and very helpful. Communication with the team was smooth. Internet is also good.

  I reserved a single apartment and a double. The single was excellent, very big, cool and very quiet. It was not very bright, because it only had a small inner courtyard, on which all the windows opened, but that was no problem. It lacked a tablecloth of any kind and a dish towel, but again I solved this easily. Large and beautiful bathroom with mega hydromassage shower. Huge room with double bed and a sofa (maybe bed). Living area with kitchen and dining table and living room/lounge with a sofa (maybe bed).
  
  What could be improved: The double room was really also a single. The small bedroom could only be accessed by going through the bigger room. It was also very hot and stuffy with no windows, so in the end we only used the one bedroom but paid for two, which made it quite expensive for a single. But the hosts were very kind and attentive. The AC was not working at first but they promptly fixed it.

  Nice apartment with access from a main street, but located on a backyard, close to a garden. The access is safe (three locked doors) and there is no street noise. The apartment is spacious, clean, modern with a specific Italian charm. Both the kitchen and the bathroom were fine. In addition to the back garden, there is an inside yard with a fountain. There are many restaurants and shops around and the access to the main city place is easy by walking. The communication with the agency managing the apartment was both easy and efficient.
  
  What could be improved: There is no dishwasher. Noise from the neighbors can be heard at some time. The apartment located on the ground floor is a bit dark (but also cool in summer). The boiler stopped working after a few days and the problem could not be solved. It required an annoying manual restart of it after each shower.

  Location is amazing, great pizza and supermarket at the door; the flat is almost too big, it is clean. The bed is big and comfortable. It has parking, which is amazing for Bologna and the building is safe and beautiful. Temperature in the apartment is good, except the bathroom which is colder. Would come again definitely.
  
  What could be improved: The lack of natural light which causes a bit of smell which you feel when you come from the outside. Also, the kitchen could be better equipped and have a washing machine. some vacuum cleaner would be useful for longer stays since the place is huge and impossible to clean with the broom, except partially.
  Also, the agency did offer baby cot, but without mattress which we needed to bring.
  We agreed to come at 8, and come at 8:15 due to traffic and the guy was so rude and almost did not talk to us like we were 2 hours late and we could calculate our arrival coming from 2000km that accurately.
  We were sent a link to pay the tourist tax at the external website which we did not feel comfortable doing, so in the end we payed in cash even though we were told it is not possible.
