The receptionist, Paolo, was exceptionally kind, helpful, and pleasant. The beds were very comfortable, and the pillow was unbelievably good. The hotel matches its three-star rating perfectly, so the value for money is excellent.

  The location! It is in downtown, close proximity to the majot sites. Also in an alley away from the crowds’ noise.
  The transfer from the airport was easy, too. First taking the 1-stop tram (€23 return ticket) then a 15-min walk made it to the hotel.
  
  What could be improved: More than a classical hotel, it felt like a house/bnb. Kitchen access, no reception (but clear instructuons by the owner) steep stair flights.

  Can’t recommend this hotel enough! Paolo was incredibly helpful, carrying my suitcase for me, providing a map and guide of the city, and plenty of excellent recommendations. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable and the location of the hotel is very central – only 5 mins walk to the main piazza and 15/20 min walk to the station.
