  Apartment 5 – Location – was brilliant close to so many bars and restaurants. Can’t emphasize how good location is. Walking distance to Main Piazza. And although so many bars/restaurants room very quite.
  
  What could be improved: Stairs – if you have mobility issues not for you. Bathroom a bit small. Bed- mattress quite hard and it squeaks. Every movement you hear the bed squeak did not make for beat nights sleep.

  The apartment was in a good location, easy walking distance to the Bologna town centre and associated tourist attractions. Lots of interesting bars and restaurants nearby.
  
  What could be improved: Apartment was on the second floor and only accessible by stairs. Bed was very squeaky. Could hear residents of adjoining apartments.

  The location is good, nearby the city center and you can find bars downstairs, yet the flat isn't noisy at all. Coffee machine and fridge are good point, tv is great.
  
  What could be improved: The check-in was late by 30min…which can be annoying if you are stuck outside with luggage and 35 degrees outside. The flat is a bit smelly (moist)

  Amazing location and clean apartment. Lots of really nice bars and restaurants right outside the property door. Good size for a couple of night stays.

  Great location with some lovely local bars and cafes, very close to the city centre. The apartment was alright, decent sized with a separate kitchen area – coffee machine and capsules were a nice touch. We also liked the large TV with free Netflix.
  
  What could be improved: The bathroom – dirty with mold in the shower and definitely in need of a renovation.
  Wi-Fi was very slow and most of the time our phones just couldn’t find the network

  Location is perfect!
  
  What could be improved: Apartment is quite small, bed was creaking, we were woke up by every movement.
  Bathroom is not comfortable – small water boiler, clogged shower.
  There is also something wrong with electricity so you can't use air condition with hair dryer in the same time what is ridiculous a bit.
  I fully understand that building is old but I am sure some modern solutions can be applicable there.
