The tram stops pretty close by too, though honestly, Bologna’s so walkable you might not need it much. There’s this little park nearby where I’d see local kids playing football in the evenings – my own kids loved joining in, even with the language barrier.

The apartment itself feels like someone’s actual home, not some sterile hotel setup. The kitchen’s properly equipped (I’m talking real coffee maker, not those pod things), and there’s enough space that everyone isn’t climbing over each other after a long day of sightseeing. The beds are comfortable – I slept better here than at some fancy hotels, actually. Only minor gripe is the shower pressure could be stronger, but that’s pretty standard for older Italian buildings. You can hear the street a bit in the mornings, but it’s just regular neighborhood sounds, not traffic chaos.   The apartment was located in a gated community on a high floor, offering beautiful views from the lovely terrace- a real highlight! It was well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
  
  What could be improved: One minor downside: the air conditioning can only be adjusted remotely through the management office, so you have to contact them if you want to change the temperature. Not a dealbreaker, but a bit inconvenient.

  Location near the city was good. Clean and comfortable apartment. Good beds.
  Entrance of garage and apartment was selfservice. Good explanation by mail in advance including pictures.
  
  What could be improved: Airco wasn’t individually adaptable, so the apartment was to hot. We asked the reception next day to lower the temperature but this hardly made a difference. Kitchen facilities were very limited. Only 3 mugs, 3 glasses, 2 wine glasses. Fridge didn’t cool much despite the highest setting of cooling.

  Modern, clean, 2 bathrooms, comfy beds. Staff were easily contactable and were helpful at check in. Location is good if you're fine to walk 10/15mins to centre. Close to train station and there is a bus stop outside the property.
  
  What could be improved: Bit of an issue when arriving back late at night. Everything is operated by code, no keys, therefore it becomes a problem when trying to buzz in at night as we had to wait a long time both nights to be let into the complex. The main office is closed so the staff were unable to help at those times.
