  The appartment is well located , you can arrive in 15 minutes to the city center. 2 supermarkets are located near the apartment. Also it was really clean and we had eveeything we need. The hosts were really helpful.

  An excellent choice. The apartment was very clean, fresh and spacious. The apartment is in good condition, the surfaces have been renovated and all appliances and equipment are functional. The apartment is well equipped, e.g. with a washing machine and a dishwasher. The beds are comfortable and the sheets, pillows, etc. are of good quality, like also generous amount of towels. The kitchen is also well equipped, lots of plates, glasses and cutlery, pans and pots. It has everything you need for a short vacation. The fast and friendly service was exceptionally good. Communication was smooth and fast. Everything worked exactly as agreed and we always received answers within a few minutes. We also got very good tips and hints about staying in Bologna, restaurants, gelaterias, taxis etc. Silvia, Jacobo and their team really made us feel welcome, they do an excellent job. We definitely can recommend this apartment. Thank you very much, we wish you all the best.

  The host was very friendly and arranged a sofa bed upon arrival (booking.com didn’t pass on my request for an additional bed). Although this came at an additional cost this was not their fault and very accommodating
