  What could be improved: Riscaldamento faceva freddo 21 gradi come da regolamento non sono sufficienti.Ce la hanno alzato dopo la nostra lamentela.Non ci sono telecomandi per l’aria condizionata cosi non ci si puo riscaldare anche volendo?Nela cucina mancano alcune posate,e ce minimo dispensabile di altre cose.Doccia si potrebbe migliorare soprattutto la tenda.Non c’erano ne scope ne moccio per la pulizia comunque ce la hanno portate dopo il sollecito.La posizione non è ideale per chi si muove a piedi,lontano dal centro.

  The location was easily accessible with public transport. Hosts were responsive and helped when needed. The apartment was spacious, clean, and met all our needs.

  The property looking nice inside and its new furnished. The staff is nice and the owner that stays down as well. Parking on site easily findable.
  
  What could be improved: -Location on the street its 24 hours loudly will hear the noises of motors and cars passing in front of home.

  Ok. Very roomy apartment. The owners were – after some negotiations and extra fee – flexible with the checkout. There is a Nespresso machine with capsules.

  What could be improved: The price for such an apartment in Bologna is significantly overpriced. The owner's lack of answers to phone calls regarding the heating, after which the owner did not hesitate to ask for a good review. Although the apartment warmed up the next day.
