The location is actually pretty brilliant once you get your bearings. You’re about a 15-minute walk from the main train station, which sounds far but honestly isn’t bad at all – especially since you get to cut through some of Bologna’s quieter streets instead of dealing with the usual tourist chaos around Piazza Maggiore. There’s this little alimentari right around the corner where the owner definitely remembers regulars, and you’ll find yourself grabbing morning cornetti there more often than you’d expect. The apartment setup means you’ve got a proper kitchen too, so you can actually use those gorgeous San Benedetto market finds instead of just photographing them. Parking can be a bit tricky (it’s Bologna, after all), but the hosts are really good about explaining the zona traffico limitato rules – trust me, you want to get that sorted before you arrive.

What really sells this place, though, is how it strikes that perfect balance between being in the city but not feeling overwhelmed by it. The street gets genuinely quiet at night, which is saying something for Bologna, but you’re still close enough to walk to Osteria del Sole for that communal dining experience everyone talks about. The apartment itself feels lived-in rather than hotel-sterile – I actually found myself lingering over morning coffee instead of rushing out to tick off sightseeing boxes. The 4-star rating feels about right; it’s not luxury, but everything works well and the space is thoughtfully laid out. My only real complaint would be that the Wi-Fi can get a bit spotty during peak evening hours, but honestly, that might be a blessing in disguise when you’re trying to actually experience Bologna instead of just documenting it. If you’re the type who wants to feel like you’re staying in Bologna rather than just visiting it, this place gets it right.

  Bell'appartamento climatizzato e comodo. Personale molto disponibile, ho potuto fare il check-in di mattina e il check-out nel pomeriggio.
  
  What could be improved: La doccia è otturata e si allaga il bagno. L'ultimo giorno un ragazzo è entrato in casa con una copia delle chiavi perché non era passata l'informazione che avrei fatto il check-out più tardi del previsto 🙂

  What could be improved: nous sommes arrivés en avance en a récupérer les clefs l'appartement elle doit être propre a 4h nous sommes monté les valises a l'appartement a la demande le jeune home. nous sommes partis a l'exposition d'automobiles a 5h30 il netoyer l'appartement ils sont pris. le vêtement de mon bébé une lunette louis vuitton et la nourriture ils sont pris que en avait acheté a notre arrivée lendemains je trouvé pas la vest de mon bébé la marque moncler .
  En plus je payé 45 taxes

  Echt hele goede service. Goed contact vooraf en tijdens verblijf. Erg behulpzaam om al iets eerder de bagage te brengen en alles wat goed geregeld. Vooral het contact was echt super. Mooi schoon appartement met alles voorhanden
  
  What could be improved: Helaas deed de airco het nog niet, terwijl er wel één hing. Dat was jammer, want het was best warm. En het is op de derde verdieping dus wel even trappen lopen 😉, maar dat ging verder wel prima.

  Appartamento completamente rinnovato e molto confortevole, completo di tutto il necessario. Letti molto comodi.
  
  What could be improved: Nel palazzo manca l'ascensore e l'appartamento è al terzo piano, quindi attenzione se avete molti bagagli. I copripiumino avrebbero bisogno di essere cambiati (vecchie macchie e uno anche strappato).

  Casa espaçosa para uma familia de 4. Moderna e limpa.
  Ar condicionado.
  Fica a 10 minutos a pé da estação de Bolonha Central e tem supermercados muito próximos.
