Here’s what I really appreciated about Borgo Panigale — you’re close enough to central Bologna (maybe 15 minutes by car or public transport) but far enough out that you get a taste of how locals actually live. The parking situation is a genuine game-changer too; finding a spot in Bologna’s historic center is basically impossible, but here you’ve got your own dedicated space right on site. Plus, if you’re flying in or out, you’re practically next door to Bologna Airport, which saved me a ton of stress on departure day.

Walking around this area, you’ll find yourself in authentic Bologna territory — there’s a local restaurant just down the street where I had some of the best tortellini of my trip, and the staff barely spoke English, which somehow made it even better. The morning markets nearby are where actual Bolognese families do their shopping, not tourist traps selling overpriced souvenirs. It’s the kind of place where you start recognizing faces after a couple of days, and the elderly gentleman at the corner café remembers how you take your espresso.

  Pulizia ottima , posto auto in piccolo giardino completamente recintato utilissimo se si viaggia con un cagnolino, dotato di cancello scorrevole automatico. posizione comoda arrivando da autostrada e per andare ad aeroporto di Bologna.

  De woning was zeer aangenaam appartement om in te verblijven en het was zeer proper! 2 aparte badkamers met voldoende ruimte. Ik zal zeker en vast terug komen.

  È molto vicino a supermercati di buone dimensioni e alla stazione di Borgo Panigale. La struttura di notte è in una zona molto silenziosa e il parcheggio privato è indice di sicurezza.

  Que tuviera parking propio y estuviera cerca del aeropuerto. Esas dos condiciones eran esenciales para nuestro viaje. Si además le añades que está súper equipado, con dos baños y dos habitaciones, es ideal para 4 personas. Fuimos a visitar Bolonia, Maranello y Modena. Casa cómoda, calentita, acogedora y con todo para cocinar y vivir una escapada estupenda. La propietaria siempre ha sido amable y atenta. Fácil acceso. Todo de 10. Sin duda recomiendo la casa y repetiría la estancia. Gracias Giulia.

  Il posto auto è adiacente all'ingresso senza ostruirlo all'interno dello scoperto privato. È un piccolo appartamento moderno, luminoso, spazioso e accogliente con 2 camere e un bel bagno principale, la camera matrimoniale è spaziosa ma la cosa più bella è che ha un piccolo bagno privato con la doccia.
  L'appartamento è a 10 minuti da Unipol Arena…che è facilissima da raggiungere in macchina.
  Vicinissimo al centro.
