Location-wise, you’re in this sweet spot where the university energy meets residential calm. The tram stops are close enough that getting into the historic center is no big deal, but honestly, some of Bologna’s best stuff is right in this neighborhood anyway. There’s this little osteria about two blocks down that the guidebooks haven’t discovered yet, and the morning routine of watching students bike past on their way to lectures – it just feels right. Parking can be a bit of a dance if you’re driving (like anywhere in Bologna), but the trade-off is worth it for the neighborhood vibe.   We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, and the room smelled amazing the moment we walked in. The location was perfect—conveniently situated between the airport and the city center, with plenty of charming cafés nearby. We didn’t feel far from anything at all. The apartment was incredibly well-equipped—honestly, it had more than we expected, from a full set of dishes to not one, but two irons! The bed was super comfortable, and we really enjoyed relaxing with the smart TVs.
  
  We also had a small issue late at night, but it was resolved within minutes, which we truly appreciated. The quick response made us feel well taken care of. Everything felt thoughtful and welcoming. Highly recommend!

  The check-in process was totally online. We never met anyone during our whole stay.
  The access is a bit complicated but the instructions are very clear.
  The room was nice, very clean… A bit small, but ok for one night. The area is very vivid even though it's not in the center.
  There is a lot of parking nearby.
  
  What could be improved: The communication is very impersonal… The city taxes are extremely expensive and it would be nice to get an explanation on why you pay so much (I had to look for it online, and it's not totally clear… The law establishes certain amounts according to the price of what you pay per person, not per the total group).

  The access was a little bit tricky at the beginning but once it was settled it was so easy. Host gave all the right instructions and it was really easy everything, parking, entering, etc.
