  I like the convenience of codes for checking in. You don't have to wait for someone to meet you and you don't have to worry if you are running late. The location was outstanding. The building was quiet. We liked the washer and dryer as well as the kitchen facilities. Everyone had a balcony, although it was too cold for us to sit outside.
  
  What could be improved: It's not the fault of the property, but I didn't realize that there was no lounge space other than the kitchen. However, we liked that it had 3 bedrooms and each one of us was able to have our own space.

  What could be improved: Only one bathroom for 3 bedrooms.
  No carpets on the floor, no floor heating, no slippers provided and the tiles were freezing cold, so we had to walk around in the outdoor shoes…
  The heating is a mobile unit placed in every room, which does its job and does it fast, but you can’t sleep with it on, too loud. So it can get quite coöd during the night.

  this is a 3 bedroom apartment, all the rooms are a decent size. it's a gated apartment block , and is at most a 5 minute walk to the bus station and 10 minutes to the train station.

  Lovely large double rooms all with balconies and very comfy beds.
  Good location for the train station only 12 minutes walk and 20 minutes to the town centre.

  Big rooms with big windows. Everything is clean. Host is flexible with check in earlier when possible. About 10 mins walk from train station and 15-20mins walk to most attractions.
  
  What could be improved: One of the motion sensor light in the hall way wasn’t working properly and was flickering whenever we walked in the hallway. Other than that, everything else is good.

  the apartment was spacious, had 3 rooms all with air conditioning, 2 balconies, easy to get in
  communication regarding entry was clear , and done via WhatsApp.
  
  What could be improved: a little further out of town than what we would have preferred, but it was closer to train station which we used . there some minor maintenance issues which weren't dealt with when we were in the apartment

  Even though we never met the host (contact through WhatsApp), everything went very smooth. The apartment was very clean, located close to the railway station, at the edge of the city center, but within walking distance of the nice places Bologna has to offer.
  
  What could be improved: We arrived after 8pm, which meant that the streetside gate was closed. We got instructions to call the building administrator, but he did not speak English. That made it a bit tricky for us to get in, but in the end, it worked. Other than this, all was perfect.
