The neighborhood itself is where Donna Marta really shines, though most visitors don’t realize it at first. You’re positioned perfectly for exploring Bologna without the morning crowds that flood the Piazza Maggiore area.   Ubytovanie má výbornú polohu, supermarket a stanica sú v pešej vzdialenosti do 10 minút. Letisko je taktiež kúsok. Priamo pri ubytovaní je niekoľko kaviarní.

  What could be improved: Nepáčilo sa mi, že na jednom okne v spálni chýbala roleta a tak nám pouličné osvetlenie svietilo priamo do očí.
  A sprchový kút by si zaslúžil trochu viac pozornosti od upratovačky. Inak všetko v poriadku.

  Appartamento molto carino, pulito, curato. La Signora Ileana gentilissima e disponibile sempre. Non c'è forno né lavastoviglie, ma c'è friggitrice ad aria che chiaramente funziona anche come forno. Un po' complicato trovare parcheggio ma con un po' di pazienza si trova. Vicinato tranquillo e difronte l' appuntamento giardinetto pubblico, ottimo per chi ha con sé un cane.

  Wir waren für 4 Nächte in Bologna und wollten ein ruhiges, schönes und komfortables Appartement. Hier waren wir genau richtig, auch wenn es etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum war. Unsere späte Anreise nach 21 Uhr war kein Problem, da es einen Schlüsseltresor an der Unterkunft gibt und sogar gleich um die Ecke gab es noch eine Pizza-To-Go. Ca. 5 min zu Fuß erreicht man auf der nächsten Hauptstraße alle Läden (Kiosk+Tabak+Bus-Ticket, Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bars, Imbiss, Pizzeria, Obst&Gemüse, LIDL, etc.) für den täglichen Bedarf. Je nach länge des Aufenthalts, kauft man sich ganz bequem z.B. ein 10er BusTicket (1 Fahrt = 1,40 Euro) und erreicht nach ca. 20 min Fahrt das Zentrum. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit auch über WhatsApp oder EMail. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet aber kein Geschirrspüler was aber kein Problem war. Sogar ein Mini-Backofen war vorhanden. Alles in allen war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, was wir nur weiterempfehlen können.

  Posizione decentrata rispetto al centro di Bologna ma facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici.
  Struttura moderna ristrutturata recentemente, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort (lavatrice e asciugatrice, friggitrice ad aria, piastra per capelli).
  
  What could be improved: Nell'appartamento è presente una macchinetta del caffè ma purtroppo priva di cialde, nessuno snack o bottiglia di acqua disponibili, tende della camera di dimensioni più piccole rispetto alla grandezza delle finestre.
