  There was no shower fixture, which wasn’t ideal although we did know that.
  It is VERY noisy at night but not surprising due to the location.
  We only got one set of keys and that limited the activities we could do individually.
  It is an old building so electricity points are limited meaning a reliance on multi point extensions.
  We didn’t use the kitchen as there are so many excellent good value options in close proximity but it’s probably too small to use to cook proper food.
  The location cannot be beaten.
  The apartment has amazing potential but it needs a bit of TLC in the furnishings and fixtures. I fixed a cupboard door that was hanging off. You’re welcome! Not difficult but makes a bad impression on guests. Similarly, cushions have braiding handing off, toilet roll holder is hanging off wall and moulding around mirror over bath is missing and discoloured. All just disappointing in such a great property.

  Perfect location, view. You can also cook and store food in the fridge. Very practical for business.
  
  What could be improved: If you have problems sleeping, don't choose it. The party ends at 2 am and they start cleaning the square and neighboring streets at 4 am. In Summer, it is extremely hot. Unless you are trained at Italian Summers with no air conditioning, don't choose this place.

  It was in a amazing location, amazing views of the main square and it’s right in the middle of Bolonga so we were able to explore the city with ease. The apartment was lovely and warm, we Ioved the free toiletries and jacuzzi feature of the bathroom. there’s also a mini kitchen which was super handy for making coffee and tea and for storing any food. The host was super attentive to our queries and was easily contactable via what’s app.
