What really impressed me was how thoughtfully set up everything was. The Netflix and Disney Plus thing isn’t just thrown in there for marketing — there’s actually a proper smart TV setup, and after long days of wandering around those medieval streets (your feet will thank you for good streaming options, trust me), it was perfect for unwinding. The kitchen’s small but functional, which matters because Bologna’s food markets are incredible and you’ll want to cook. I picked up some mortadella and Parmigiano from Mercato delle Erbe — about a ten-minute walk — and had the best impromptu dinner on their little dining table.   The host emailed me a link where I was able to use my phone to get into the building and unlock doors. The link was active for my stay. After I got into the apartment, there were keys that I could use during the stay if I did not want to use the link.
