You know what’s great about this spot? You’re literally in the heart of Bologna, which means everything worth seeing is within walking distance. The Two Towers, Piazza Maggiore, all those incredible porticos — they’re all right there. But here’s the thing that really impressed me: they actually have private parking available. If you’ve ever tried to park in Bologna’s centro storico, you’ll understand why this is basically a miracle. Most places in this area make you deal with the chaos of street parking or expensive public garages.

The Room Experience

My room had this perfect balance of contemporary design and Italian warmth. The space felt bright — again, living up to that name — with large windows that let in plenty of natural light during the day. The attention to detail was obvious but not overwhelming, if that makes sense. Good linens, smart storage solutions, and a bathroom that actually had decent water pressure (trust me, not always a given in historic Italian buildings). The whole setup just worked for a romantic getaway, which explains why couples rate this place so highly.

Exploring the Neighborhood

Being right in the center means you’re surrounded by some of Bologna’s best. There’s this amazing little osteria just around the corner that locals actually frequent — not just tourists. The morning walk to get coffee becomes part of the experience because you’re strolling through streets that have looked essentially the same for centuries. And honestly, the location makes it easy to duck back to your room for a quick rest between exploring sessions, which I found myself doing more than expected.

The private parking situation alone makes it worth considering — I watched other travelers circle the block for twenty minutes looking for a spot while I was already settled in.   Die Lage war sehr gut mit vielen Bars direkt vor der Türe und wenn die Fenster zu sind auch leise. Die Wohnug selbst ist schön eingerichtet und ist von der Ausstatung super und sauber. Die Wohnug hat einen schönen Balkon in einn Innenhof rein. Der Balkon ist sehr angenehm jedoch am Abend kann man ihn nicht mehr gut nutzen da die Nachbarn einen relativ schnell und unfreundlich ermahnt leise zu sein( auch wenn man nur in Zimmerlautstärke spricht)
  
  What could be improved: Die Kommunikation zur Anreise hätte besser sein können. Wenn man am Abend kommt kann man nicht vor der Tür parken um das Gepäck auszuladen wegen den Bars, dann muss man mit dem Gepäck 5 min zu Fuß gehen. Und das der Gastgeber nicht selber kommt sondern per Fernschaltung die Tür öffnet ist auch gut zu wissen.
