  What could be improved: The apartment was not clean when we arrived, the host was upset and immediately called to have someone clean it …
  The wall plugs and extenders we're very weird … I managed to use the espresso machine only with the wall plug next to the TV, the extenders disconnected things plugged randomly
  Overall it needs a fresh paint on the walls

  We were slightly early and the host went to meet us immediately.
  
  What could be improved: There was a coffee machine but no coffee. There was a washing machine but no detergent.
  The location was one street away from the train station, but Via Cesare Boldrini where the apartment was located had people taking drugs on that street. Make sure you take the brighter street Via Giovanni Amendola as the apartment building is closer to that intersection.

  What could be improved: It is in a very Old building of apartments and it works as an Airbnb. The smell in the corridor is very unpleasant as very old.
  Lock of the street is a pain to open.
  The agency “wonderful italy »who handle the property offers transfer From the Airport at a premium fee €50, they were super eficient to charge me but then, the driver never showed up, I received zero follow up on my reimbursement nor any communication on any follow up. Very disappointed.

  Great location, 15-20 min walking to city center, there’s also an Aldi close by. The area can be a bit rough at night as it’s close to the train station but that’s also an advantage, there is a fast train to Florence if people want to visit.

  Very clean and newly furnished apartment, located right next to the railway station, really good value for money. Good place to stay in Bologna especially if you plan some day trips to surrounding cities.
  
  What could be improved: The check-in could be automatic with a lock or other similar method, then we wouldn't have to schedule a key pick-up with a person which will always add some more limits to your plans. Some blankets would be nice.

  Very good facilities, modern decor with washing machine, close to the station as we arrived by train. The host met us and gave us a helpful introduction to the apartment.

  Beautifully clean and functional apartment close to the train station. A great place to stay for easy access to explore Bologna and nearby cities. Air con was a real plus as it was particularly hot when we visited.
