  Superb location. Good communication. Comfortable bed and big bathroom with excellent shower. Lovely view out the 4th floor window. Quiet with little street noise when the window is shut. A/C kept me sleeping cool at night. Small elevator available if needed. One thing I hadn't realized is that this apartment is set up like a shared flat. There is a common lobby with some shared spaces including sofa and dining area and off of these spaces are the 4 separate rooms for guests.

  In the middle of the pedestrian center and extremely close to most main attractions of Bologna, a very nice appartment with three comfortable guest rooms. The flip side of course is that you have to walk a long way with your luggages if you had the chance to find space in the closest parking which charges 37 Euros a day!
  
  What could be improved: Being on one of the busiest shopping and night life streets of Bologna, a bit noisy. And a very cumbersomme mobile check-in system.
