  One washing up tablet felt a bit sad. Surely 5 tablets for 5 days stay given the appartment is not inexpensive! No toaster.

  Whether it's the Roman legacy, the great food, or the nightlife – Palazzo Bocchi is the place. It's in the heart of the old town, and everything you need is just downstairs. The apartment is fully equipped with all amenities, but I would totally recommend the nearby restaurants.

  Francesco met us shortly after our arrival and helped us to maneuver the car for parking. He then guided us to the apartment, briefed us on getting in and out and on the basics of the apartment, and, thinking ahead, let us know how we would turn in the keys upon checkout.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is in the heart of the downtown area and its ZTL (restricted traffic zone), so we are very nervous about receiving a ZTL fine in the mail a few months from now! Francesco took a picture of our car license plate, so hopefully our stay at a property in the ZTL will be processed correctly! I would recommend putting some cursory advice in the property profile about ZTLs so that your guests don't panic like we did a little bit!
