There’s this immediate sense of calm that washes over you, and after spending days weaving through Bologna’s bustling porticoes and dodging Vespas near Piazza Maggiore, that quietude felt like pure luxury.

The spa situation here is genuinely impressive, and I mean that as someone who’s usually skeptical about hotel wellness facilities. They’ve got this whole setup that feels more like a proper retreat than just an afterthought amenity. The treatment rooms have this warm, almost cocoon-like quality – soft lighting, natural materials, the kind of place where you actually want to spend time rather than just get through your massage quickly. What really struck me was how they’ve managed to create these pockets of serenity throughout the property. Location-wise, you’re about a 15-minute walk from the historic center, which honestly works in your favor. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle in this part of town, but the hotel sorts it out for you, which removes one of those little travel headaches that can derail your mood.   Since we went specifically because it was an adults-only (in our perception) location with an area for relaxation activities, we can say that we are satisfied. The spa area is chic and clean, with a pleasant atmosphere.
  
  What could be improved: The area where it is located is not really good. It is far from the center in a somewhat strange area of ​​houses (at least at night). Apart from the spa area, the rest of the room and the bathroom look like a private house. Some investments could be made in the kitchen area but especially in the bathroom where it has nothing to do with tourist activity, without going into details.
  A big problem was with the schedule for draining the water from the jacuzzi because somewhere around 10 pm the pumps somehow started working and we woke up with some extremely loud noises in the walls coming from the neighbors and we even panicked a little. Once the pressure was adjusted or I don't know what had happened the pumps stopped and the neighbor's noises stopped too.
