  We stayed nine days in Bologna to enjoy the Cinema Ritrovato festival and for that purpose, the accommodation was perfect! Close to the centre but still in a quiet area, spacious, clean, modern (the air conditioning in every room was particularly appreciated considering the great heat), and just a stone-throw away from a Coop and a Lidl.
  
  Nicolò was a great host, providing us with all the necessary information via WhatsApp and being very quick to answer whatever questions we had. The self-check-in also worked like a charm and gave us great flexibility in terms of our arrival time.
  
  What could be improved: There are no shutters in the room with the sofa bed, so it does get somewhat bright in the morning. Wasn't a problem for us, but it's something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to light. Might be a good idea to bring along a sleep mask in that case. (Assuming you're using the sofa bed of course. The regular rooms can easily be made quite dark.)

  Apartman je svježe renoviran, moderan, uredan i potpuno opremljen. Nalazi se na dobroj poziciji jer je do centra moguće doći šetajući 15 minuta. U neposrednoj blizini aparmana su trgovine za kupnju namirnica, npr Lidl. Domaćin je vrlo ljubazan i nije bilo problema šro smo pomaknuli vrijeme dolaska.
  
  What could be improved: Nemamo primjedbi, osim napomene da iako se parking ne nalazi u dvorištu objekta, lako smo pronašli javni parking odmah ispred ulaza uz zgradu koji je bio potpuno besplatan i bez vremenskog ograničenja.

  The location is great, just to the bus stop, with 944 from the airport. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms. It's perfect for two couples. The beds are very comfortable. Nicolo is so friendly and helpful.

  I loved the location. It was in a convenient area across the street from a large parking lot. There were a lot of restaurants nearby. The apartment was very comfortable and was large enough for my husband and I and 4 kids.
