  What could be improved: There were 2 things missing that I consider basic. Hangers in the closet and iron for clothes. It had everything else. We had a problem with the lock. It took us for about 15 minutes to unlock the door every time. We contacted the host about it, he said that he was aware of the problem, the previous guest caused it and had scheduled someone to fix it. Still I think it should have been fixed before we arrived, it caused some stress. Other than that everything was perfect.

  Very close to the BolognaFiere, 10min walk.
  Free gate secured parking in closed yard.
  Large apartment for 4 persons. Washing and drying machine. Great storage. Absolutely amazing heating. Aldi, Tedi, DM, Spar are in a walking distance.
  
  What could be improved: Yard gate is very narrow. You need to be very careful when entering with slightly larger car.
  Slippers would be great to have, but Tedi store is very close and you can have a pair for 5€.
