  Cea mai buna proprietate pret-calitate de pe booking. E 10+++. Acest apartament arata mult mai bine in realitate decit pe poze. Salteaua din dormitor e de 5 stele. Terasa foarte mare. Proprietara e atenta la orice detaliu si e foarte prietenoasa. Parcare in fata blocului destul de sigura. Foarte aproape de autostrada daca esti in tranzit. E de 10++++. Recomand

  Tantissimi complimenti a Stela per l'accoglienza e la cordialità . La casa, situata in una zona residenziale tranquilla circondata da molto verde e dotata di ogni comfort e servizio. Mi sono sentita come a casa. Non manca nulla. Perfettamente pulito. E il terrazzo splendido. Spero di trovarla libera al prossimo viaggio a Bologna.

  Wonderful apartments a little further from the center, but the center is very conveniently accessible by bus 19 or 15. The apartments are very clean, very large and cozy terrace/balcony. We felt like home. The hosts are very hospitable and willing to help. The apartment is modern, a breakfast set was provided, we could have a delicious breakfast. Nothing is missing in the apartment, everything has been thought of. If we ever plan to stay in Bologna again, we will not even consider another option and will definitely stay only here. Thank you for the good experience

  Struttura super accogliente dotata di tutto, siamo stati una sola notte ma ci siamo sentiti subito a casa (ampia cucina e camera da letto, divano letto abbastanza comodo, terrazzo ampio).
  L'host è stato molto disponibile e preciso.
  Colazione per noi compresa nel prezzo effettuata in struttura con ampia varietà di alimenti preconfezionati.
  Posizione ottimale per raggiungere il centro di Bologna in circa 30 minuti tramite vari linee di autobus.

  Absolutely fabulous flat with all mod-cons. Well equipped kitchen. Fantastic lovely touches with fridge filled with juices, milk, water. A massive basket with goodies, jam, honey, chocolates, biscuits, etc. A large variety of teas, coffees and hot chocolate. South-east facing (sunshine in a large terrace throughout the morning and up to the afternoon). Massive bedroom with access to the terrace and a super relaxing bed. The bathroom is perfect. The flat is a 5min walk to a bus stop to take you to the city center (a 20min ride for €2), but we walked the distance (around 5.5km) a couple of times. There are two decent supermarkets nearby: Pam (exactly 11mins walk) and Aldi (8mins walk). We loved the property AND Stela (the hostess) who made sure we enjoyed our 7day holiday.

  The apartment was quite spacious and very nicely decorated. Host was very friendly, she welcomed me very well. I traveled alone, but it is a very nice apartment that I would also prefer with my family. The kitchen equipment was also very adequate. The bed was comfortable, I had no problems with heating and hot water. If I come again to Bologna, I would stay here.

  The appartement is brand new, very clean, elegant, spacy, with everything you need for the stay. Fully equipped kitchen, very good bed, easy parking. I liked also the area and the bus stop to the center is near. Everything was perfect.
