I mean, you can actually hear the church bells in the morning, which sounds cheesy but is surprisingly charming when you’re sipping coffee.

The room I stayed in felt more like a well-appointed city apartment than a hotel space — and I say that as a compliment. The bathroom was compact but thoughtfully laid out, and the bed was genuinely comfortable. What really impressed me was the attention to sound insulation; despite being on a city street, nights were surprisingly quiet.

There’s no on-site restaurant, but honestly, that’s not really a drawback when you’re surrounded by some of Bologna’s best dining options. Parking can be tricky in this area (it’s a historic center, after all), but they’ll help you figure out the best options nearby.

  We had a great stay overall! The location is absolutely perfect – super central and easy to get around. Communication with the hosts was excellent, they were always quick to respond and very helpful. Everything was clean and well-organized. The only thing that wasn’t quite clear in the listing was that one of the rooms is in the basement, and unfortunately, it had a bit of a musty smell despite the dehumidifier. Other than that, everything was great and we really enjoyed our time there!

  Apartament czysty, w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji spacerkiem 10 min do głównego placu- w okolicy dużo restauracji. Komunikacja miejska na ulicy pod apartamentem. Jedyny minus za ktory obniżam ocenę to jedna sypialnia usytuowana w piwnicy. Niestety brzydki zapach wilgoci mimo wstawionego osuszacza i pochłaniacza zapachów. Nie da się tam spać będąc zdrowym, a co dopiero z moją astmą… Dzieci spały w sypialni na 1 pietrze, a my z mężem niestety na narożniku w salonie na parterze. Na -1 niestety się nie da. Choć apartament naprawdę fajny i stylowy, to sypialnia w zawilgotniałej piwnicy sprawiła ze czar prysł. Nie spodziewałam się jej tam, ponieważ na rzucie pieter jest to opisane jako poziom 0 a nie faktyczne -1 tutaj duzy minus za to.

• Μια αρκετα καλη επιλογη για να εξερευνησεις την πολη της Μπολονια, καθαρο και ανετο διαμέρισμα. – Maria from Greece – 21 October 2024 (8/10)

  Η τοποθεσία. Ηταν στο κεντρο της πολης με εύκολη προσβαση σε όλα τα αξιοθεατα. Καθαρο διαμερισμα με ανετα κρεβατια. Τα δυο μπανια ειναι πολυ βολικα για τη διαμονη 4-5 ατομων.Η κουζινα ειναι εξοπλισμενη με ολα τα απαραίτητα για την παρασκευη γευματων.

  Sehr netter Kontakt und einfache Schlüsselübergabe per Kasten. Oberstes Zimmer ist hell und luftig. Zwei Bäder je mit Dusche und Toilette vorhanden. Küche und Bäder recht modern und sauber.
  
  What could be improved: Wohnung hat drei Etagen mit relativ schmaler Treppe. Unteres Zimmer ist recht dunkel und riecht nach Keller. Ein Entlüfter steht aber da.

  The property is located inside one of the innumerable palaces that grace via Santo Stefano. It has three levels: a room in the basement, kitchen, bathroom and living room in the ground floor, and another room with bathroom in the first floor. All rooms have their remote-controlled AC. Both beds were queen size and very comfortable. There was everything to cook pasta, and we enjoyed dinner in an interior yard that has a table and four chairs. There is also a table and four chairs inside the apartment, and a nice sofa, that can be used as sofa bed, if needed. We walked everyday about 7 blocks to the center where the two towers stand, and from there to every place in the city. Very centric. There is also a taxi stop two blocks from the apartment. In front of the apartment there is and excellent meat and fresh pasta store, and a children's bookstore. You can find Giardini de Margherita 600 meters from the apartment, a beautiful park, where you can enjoy a picnic or sit in a café to eat or drink something. Very restful. The owner of the apartment let us in a couple of hours earlier which we appreciate a lot. It was a privilege to stay there.
