  well-located, 10 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore, along San Felice with cafés and shops on the way. Main bedroom large and airy, windows overlooking leafy courtyard. i called the staff twice with questions and they were friendly and helpful.
  
  What could be improved: black-out curtains would help in the large bedroom. Although the flat was listed as '1", it says "13" on the door, which confused me on late night arrival.

  super super clean, coffee all cutely set up, dishes in cabinets, great bed/linens, small bathroom but they all are, full fridge, and lots of windows that open out to a gorgeous courtyard. extremely safe/gated. definitely coming back.
  
  What could be improved: having to get my suitcase up and down the stairs but that was my choice to bring such a big suitcase! However, the nice man did take my suitcase for me, all the way to the checkin office, to the apartment, which is kind of far just fyi

  Everything was brand new, the location was great to walk to the city centre. Quiet inner courtyard meant it wasn’t noisy. staff were friendly and responded to any questions immediately. there were 3 of us, so the sofa bed was great and the washing machine was useful for mid trip laundry.
  
  What could be improved: Like many older buildings in Italy there was no elevator so hauling luggage up stairs was a bit awkward- but we were on the first floor. I think there’s a another apartment on the second floor.
