  It was in a great location very close to restaurants and the centre of town. It was vey secure.
  
  What could be improved: The kitchen was not very well appointed no bottle opener or enough utensils for easy cooking. Pillows very flat but mattress ok.

  The location is perfect, on a quiet street in a busy neighbourhood. Surrounded by lots of restaurants. The apartment is quiet roomy and comfortable. The washing machine is a nice touch though a clothing drying rack would have been helpful.

  Great location, very close to the main street and a lot of restaurants. Comfortable room with a nice bathroom.
  
  What could be improved: It was a bit hot, but sleeping with an open window would be a bit noisy as there are some bars nearby. But it’s not like the party is downstairs, it was in a distance.

  The owner sent me a message with the door entry codes. And the cleaning staff was at the property to greet us. Owner is responsive, friendly, and helpful with the check-in details. Excellent location. Very good property and secured.
  
  What could be improved: Despite resetting the WiFi as recommended by the owner, it failed to work. We did not have WiFi connection throughout our stay. The safety box does not work too. We did not use the kettle… Perhaps these will sorted for the next guest.

  What could be improved: couldn’t figure out how to turn the hallway lights on so we had to use our flashlights to get up the stairs and into the apartment. the bed was really hard for belly/side sleepers and we couldn’t figure out how to get the heat to work and there was only one blanket so we were a little cold at night.

  What could be improved: Original address information was wrong: "18 Via Goito Int.19" should be "18 Via Goito Int. 4" (18 is the street number and 4 is the appartment number)
  Key delivery should be at the address, however nobody had informed us to use the contact number to get a key-code – while doing so we received the key-code instantly – and had a great stay 🙂
