You’re close enough to walk to Piazza Maggiore and the university district, but far enough from the main drags that you actually get to sleep at night. The neighborhood has that lived-in feel where you’ll pass locals doing their evening shopping and kids playing in small piazzas.

The room setup works really well — it’s more spacious than typical Italian accommodations, which anyone who’s traveled here knows can be, well, cozy. What’s nice is that you’re staying in an actual neighborhood rather than a hotel district, so you get a real sense of how the city works day to day.

  Buona posizione nel quartiere Murri a 100 metri dalla via Murri dove passano bus per il centro di Bologna, c'è un parcheggio taxi, negozi, un mercatino rionale e trattorie, ecc.
  Vicino alla struttura, in via Malvolta, un supermercato COOP, piccolo ma ben fornito sia per alimentare che per gli altri settori. Andando nella direzione opposta a via Murri, si arriva in meno di 100 metri in via degli Orti, anche qui con negozi, bar, fermata bus, ecc.
  Nel periodo di soggiorno, anche con parcheggio in strada – a pagamento, strisce blu – abbiamo sempre trovato posto per parcheggiare.
  
  What could be improved: La struttura è ben arredata e funzionale.
  Sono necessari solo piccoli interventi per raggiungere il top, precisamente:
  Batteria pentole per la cucina: necessaria una pentola, oltre al tegame presente. Sarebbe opportuno dotare di almeno uno strofinaccio per asciugare pentole, bicchieri, tazze.
  Armadio camera da letto: necessarie delle grucce appendiabiti.

  Kondicionieri strādāja perfekti, bija tīrs, bija atstātas kafijas kapsulas ko varēja uztaisīt kafijas automātā.

  Un piccolo appartamento con tutte le comodità, nuovissimo e molto bello. Pulito e fornito di una cucina con alcuni utensili necessari. Presente anche macchina per il caffè con capsule molto gradita 🙂
  La posizione è relativamente comoda, in zona residenziale. Rispetto al centro non è molto vicina (20-30 minuti di autobus).
  
  What could be improved: Facendo un rapporto tra la posizione, i servizi offerti e prezzo non lo trovo molto equilibrato. Aggiungerei il servizio della colazione o almeno qualche opzione per la stessa in camera.
  Lo staff gentile e giovane ma ci siamo dovuti interfacciare con diverse persone entrambe poco reperibili su whatsapp.

  The location was very convenient to go downtown on a bus, by electric bike /scooter, or just by foot if you don't mind walking. It is close to piazza Santo stefano and Giardino Margarita. Very comfortable with air conditioning, a stove and oven, pull out sofa bed, full bath, and washing machine.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is a basement apartment, so no view, but it does stay cool on a hot day. Plus, it has A/c in both the bedroom and front room.
