  地理位置很方便，楼下的烟草店就能买公交票，不远就是公交站台，去展馆换乘两趟公交或者一趟公交后步行可到；
  厨房配套很齐全，可以自己加工解决晚饭；

  Struttura grande , pulitissima e accogliente! Anche se a piedi è lontana dal centro , i mezzi sono comodissimi e semplici con fermata vicino la struttura! Inoltre devo menzionare anche la gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario.

  I have been booking hotels and apartments via booking for quiet a long time. However, I have never been so impressed by a rental property so much, until this time. But for a lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms (which I don't complain about) everything was spectacular: price/quality ratio, neighbourhood, the host, welcome gifts, equippment, literally anything you can evaluate receives the highest note. I am sincerely grateful to Denis for warm welcome and cozy apartment. If any of my friends ever visit Bologna, I will definitely insist that the stay at Denis' place.

  Apartment is very nice and it has everything you need. Owner is friendly and we managed everything through messages.
  
  What could be improved: Beds are terrible, to be correct Double bed is ok, but the the 2 single beds are total crap and I got back pain during stay. I have told that to the owner and he has promised to buy right away 2 new single beds. So maybe by now that is corrected.
  Parking is a little hard to find, but a street on the back has free parking (white lines) and you can find parking there with couple of minutes walk back.
